KEY FEATURES
Assisted BS 7858 screening
Add a staff member and Compliance Master does the rest. The employee receives an email, logs in and submits their screening information. Reference requests are sent automatically to previous employers covering a 5 or 10-year period, SIA licence and watch list checks are run, and ID and other evidence are added to the company profile in real time.
Training management
Over 30 preloaded training courses, plus the option to upload your own. Assign training to individuals or teams, and reminders go to staff and managers before the deadline, usually aligned to first deployment. If training is not completed, the company is notified so untrained staff are not deployed.
Staff rotas and shifts
Upload rotas in bulk by CSV. Staff see their shifts in real time on their own platform and are reminded to clock on as each shift starts, helping to prevent wage discrepancies.
GPS tracking and panic button
One continuous GPS tracking system follows the person, so when an officer leaves in a vehicle to attend an alarm they are tracked in the vehicle too, with no separate vehicle tracking needed. The panic button lets staff raise an incident in real time, notifying the company immediately.
Live incident reporting
Staff report incidents from their phone as they happen, giving managers an instant, time-stamped record.
Reports at the push of a button
Clear dashboards and charts show compliance in green and non-compliance in red. Generate reports instantly for audits, management reviews and client meetings.

One monthly fee based on the number of staff you manage:
1 to 25 staff: £100 per month
26 to 49 staff: £200 per month
50 to 99 staff: £300 per month
100 to 199 staff: £400 per month
200+ staff: £500 per month
Choose a monthly rolling contract, or take a 3-year contract and save 10% on the monthly rate.
